Neogoals ("we") is a service that helps students apply to universities and institutes in Malaysia, based in Kuala Lumpur. You can reach us at [email protected].

Data you provide: your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, country, intended program, and any documents you upload (such as transcripts or a passport copy).

To process your application and to contact you by WhatsApp, email, or phone about it.

To share what is necessary with the partner universities and institutes you choose, in order to submit your application to them.

To improve our site and services. We do not sell your personal data.

We share your data with the universities and institutes you choose to apply to, and with trusted service providers (such as email, hosting, and analytics providers like Google) to the extent needed to run the service.

We may disclose data where required by law.

We use Google Tag Manager and analytics tools to understand how the site is used. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, which may affect some features.

Data retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.
