By using the Neogoals website or services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our service

Neogoals helps you apply to universities and institutes in Malaysia as their representative/agent. We are not the university, and admission decisions rest with the university alone.

We provide guidance on choices and documents and follow up on your application, but the final decision on university and program remains yours.

No guarantee of admission or visa

No agency can guarantee university admission or visa approval. Admission decisions rest with the universities, and visa decisions with the Malaysian Immigration Department and EMGS.

Be cautious of anyone promising "guaranteed admission" or a "guaranteed visa" — these are signs of a scam.

Fees

We provide advisory and application assistance to students at no service fee where the university funds our commission. Any third-party costs (tuition, EMGS fees, visa fees, medical checks) are the student's responsibility and are paid directly to those parties.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, genuine information and documents. Submitting false information may lead to rejection by the university or immigration.

Intellectual property

All content on this site is owned by Neogoals and may not be reused without permission.

Third-party links

The site may contain links to external websites whose content we do not control and are not responsible for.

Limitation of liability

We provide our service with reasonable care, but we are not liable for the decisions of universities or government bodies, or for indirect damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
